matters not necessary to refer to the Attorney-General;
and in my opinion the Attorney-General, if a thoroughly
capable and experienced lawyer, selected inter alia for
capacity in drafting which is a knack not given to all men,
has not more work in this Colony than he can efficiently
discharge even if he does all his own drafting.
